Always a long wait for an over priced "experience". I shouldn't have to pay $30 for what amounts to 5 min of work for a simple haircut.. back to the barbershop for me
So horrible never come here. They don't listen to you at all. They are sooo rude. The fat girl here with will MESS UP YOUR HAIR. Never come. Only if you want horrible service and an even worst hair cut.
My son got a haircut this morning and it turned out terrible! The length is not even, the left and the right sides are not the same. It is the worst ever haircut he has gotten! When I called back about this issue, they were quick to throw the blame on my child and his grandparents who took him. Eventually, she agreed to do a reservice to repair the mess. I went back in right away with my son. Reached in about 10 minutes, and I was told that the particular hairdresser left for the day, and that there are people ahead of us and they could not do it today. Then, they said I'd have to wait to get attention. This place deserves less than 1 star for a review for the terrible job, arrogance and the horrible customer service!
I like the hot towel for your face. Check out the MVP that has a scalp treatment. Not your cheap haircut but if you want to treat yourself come here. Nice staff.
Good and friendly service and the MVP package was worth it.
