I started my new business here for about 1 year now. Right from day 1, my experience here has been great, both as a tenant and for my business. The landlord is always professional, very responsible, helpful, on top of things, always very prompt in getting things done. She would even answer calls and texts late at night, very early in the morning, and even when she is on vacation. There are over 30 talented Independent Stylists/Estheticians/Massage Therapists here. Beautiful,nice and cosy ambience. Highly recommended to those who need beauty services and to fellow salon specialists.:) love phenix salon and suites

I've been at Phenix since it opened in March of 2016, and my personal experience working in my suite has been nothing short of pleasant. I love my suite, My clients love the location, and with Cosmoprof at the opposite end of the building, it's super convenient if I ever need anything. Any time I've had to communicate with the owner, she's always quick to respond, and I've always found her to be fair. If you're looking to be an independent stylist, give Phenix a try.

I have enjoyed a year and a half, running my own business. Even during construction, the landlord kept me up to date. From opening day to the present time, I have been treated as a peer business owner. Opening any new business has its' glitches, and being in a supportive environment where people want you to succeed is invaluable. The owner/landlord has always been professional, prompt in response with communication and solving issues.

Interesting concept. Stylists rent small suites but have common facilities and share the receptionist. I had an eyebrow threading which was fantastic and a decent enough haircut (my hair is hard to cut). Would return
