Been going to this spa for quite awhile, the staff are professional, fun and really care about making every experience great. It's unfortunate that someone lost something and decided to assume it was something other than that. Sounds like it was found, seems to me there should be an apology to the staff. I know these people. I am a regular , these are some of the best spa professional I've ever known.
