Candice showed my new family and I what true customer service really is. Both myself and my boyfriend work in customer service so we understand going further for the client and out of your own way. That's exactly what she did for us over and over again. I have always cringed at getting insurance quotes because of the guilt trip feeling agents give me. I don't want to feel tied to something until I sign or commit. Candice repeatedly gave us rates and where we could work on them to specifically suit our needs. I felt understood and looked after. She encouraged us to protect ourselves, home, vehicles and our child without making me feel like she wanted more money for her benefit, which is how I've felt with other insurance agents in the past. I am a mortgage banker and my clients chose this office for their homeowner's insurance. We required an insurance binder so we can close our customer's purchase transaction. After 4 days of requesting the binder, it still did not show up. We made multiple calls to the office and were promised we would receive the binder "within minutes". It never arrived. On my most recent call to the agent to try to get the binder, I was hung-up on. If you need fast, friendly service, I'm not so sure about this agency.
