One more update as required: the experience is only basing on my personal experience with one employee.
Very helpful in transferring my insurance from out of state. Have also been very attentive and quick to help me out with any issues that I have encountered since.
Nicest insurance office i've ever been too. I got a great rate on my auto/renters insurance. It was actually cheaper to have both policy's -v- just auto.
2. Failing to disclose the fee to the customer. they gave me a quote for policy premium. When I looked at my credit card, I got charged more than that and I called customer service. Only then I realized that there are extra fee involved. During the whole process, the agent never mentioned about any extra fee besides the premium.
Most terrible purchasing experience for me. Two major problems.
This office has always provided great customer service with my business insurance. All agents I've dealt with are super professional. More importantly, they take the time to help me really understand the things about insurance that I am not knowledgeable in. I'm proud to say our business policy has been with them for years now and will be for as many years as they continue to provide this kind of experience!
Update: Finally be able to cancel the policy and get the remaining money back. The State Farm follow up is good even though it takes about 2 months to get the money back.
1. Adding extra insurance to customers without noticing them: I asked to get an auto insurance. 3 days later, I was told by customer service that I am in a renter insurance policy with State Farm. I asked agent to cancel it and explain who gives the agents the right to add extra insurance without telling the customer. No response yet
I have had several insurance companies over the last several decades and am amazed by the customer service I get with Ali's agency. Their staff has helped me save money on my auto and homeowners and has bent over backwards to see that I am satisfied with my policies. One thing is for sure Ali's agency is by far the best company I have ever experienced. Five stars all the way!! Great Job!!
