My wife and I have worked with Kim Bourke on two outstanding trips (so far). Last year we went to Paris and Egypt, the latter included a Nile river cruise and all connections from SeaTac and was just fabulous. There were absolutely NO hitches of any kind and we had Ph.D. archeologists for our tour guides, air-conditioned van transport to/from the various sites.

Dear Reader, i dont usually write negative reviews about people or a business, but after the way i was treated by a customer service rep at bourke by the name of mirn? (if thats the right spelling), i felt obliged to do so. She basically told me "whatever" and hung up the phone on me after i told her that i will call her back on the quote she gave me on an airline ticket. I will not recommend this travel agency to anyone who does not wish to be insulted and belittle by some arrogant and novice customer service rep.
