Staff is friendly and helpful, and the place is super clean! The chameleons are beautiful; they clearly have some very knowledgeable people on staff.
This place was ultra clean. The aquariums were perfect, the terrariums were gorgeous, and all the critters looked healthy and well cared for. It's a smaller store, but the selection was good and everything well-organized. Both employees were helpful and both were smiling. I like Petco, but this was the nicest Petco experience I've ever had!
Customer service was good, reptiles looked well cared for and store was clean. My only concern was with the ferrets. Two ferrets presently with one that had a skin rash/injury on his neck. Employee did not seem concerned but it worried me. Both were undersocialized and had very long nails. I understand not every petstore can care perfectly for the pets they sell, but vet care and maintenance is important. At a minimum make sure the pets are in good condition.
