My experience with the manager was very scary. He forgets too many issues and he's been known to go to the back blocked doors of the single women instead of their front doors. I've seen him single out renters and harass them when other renters are causing the same issues. I personally feel I was mistreated for my background check past their criteria.
Good park and location. They try like any good park to keep people safe and the values of homes up. The manager is a really great guy and helps all he can to get you approved and qualify for residence in the park.
Even AARP honors 50 and older why not canyons?
