1st time homebuyers BEWARE! Dont believe reviews from Sellers (it's a sellers market) nor Troy's secretaries. Troy was a nightmare to deal with, do not trust him, especially if you are military, or a traveler. He never met me in person and only actually called me once, essentially to yell at me for having my hands tied by lender who needed 2 weeks more time. Then listing agent sent me correspondence telling me Troy had negotiated against me behind my back. Eventually had to find a lawyer.
I strongly recommend you consider Troy and his team as your listing agent. They truly go above and beyond!
