Hours of operation suck, but what can one expect from a government run organization
Lost my package, slow as ****, and don’t know what they’re doing.
UGH. Can I give them negative stars?? I dropped off my package on Saturday 9/23 at 11 am. They told me it would arrive at my destination in 4 business days (Thursday). Its been over 2 WEEKS since that day and I have yet to receive confirmation that my package has reached its destination. Save yourself the hassle, pay the prices for UPS or FedEx. Screw these guys.
I needed a little bit of tape to close my box, and the woman there forced me to purchase their 5$ tape when I could have easily used the Priority Mail Stickers to do so.
I was horrified by the bad reviews initially. However, the experience turned out to be very good. The staff asked me to change the envelops I had chosen to save money without being asked. He carefully peeled off the label so that the envelope can be reused and I don't need to rewrite the address. He also redid my packaging and marked tracking # on the receipt for me. I could not expect better services.
unfortunate to see the service and employees are useless, just trying to get $$$ from u. but again they are a government run organization
It’s a bit of a ghost town in terms of customer service and attentiveness to the facility but the location means it gets used quite a bit. If you need these services, there’s not a better option.
Go to ups or fedex, maybe they’ll know how to ship your package and maybe get it delivered too.
