I could not appreciate a place more. My father is here in the last days of his life. These workers have been so genuinely caring and loving towards my dad. The owner, (who I didn't know she was the owner) came in and cared for my dad. She was amazing. Every worker I have met acts like they are caring for their own dad. I have seen it in the halls and observed it in every room! Wow! What a place!
Poor service. They take forever to help you, never answer your call lights and most nurses there are unbelievably rude. My grandmother stayed there for 2 weeks, they forgot to feed her, they took her clothes and didn't get them back for over a week and lastly they were giving my grandmother the wrong amount of medicine. This place is horrible.
I am so very grateful to you and to your wonderful staff for taking such good care of my parents while they have been with you. You have been loving and caring and genuinely, simply wonderful! Thank you!! May God bless you all!
