It might been the best fitness club, if the General Manager could spoken with a potential customers politely and respectfully. The current GM is rude and allows himself to be rude to visitors, releasing scabrous jokes about their appearance. I came here to get hope and the opportunity to change my physical form. Instead, I received offensive jokes from GM. I'm not ready to pay for it every month.
WAY OVER CROWDED: Almost hazardous how pack this place is between 5PM-9PM No Parking, Fighting For Machines, Benches,. ANYTHING. Even the Morning to 5PM time seems to be over crowded. 24 NEEDS to open a new location to disperse the amount of people. Update: Went in this week and the sauna has smelled horrible for days. The lower benches are turning black and one of the upper ones is completely detached from the wall :( This place is falling apart.
I have loved this gym, until I met the individual named Jericho. I left my wallet in a locker, yes I know this is my fault. So I called ahead as I was driving back and asked him if there was a possibility for someone to check the lockers, so it doesn't get stolen. He says, "Well I would have to be in a position where I don't have anything to do. And I do, so."
Locker break in's weekly, even with brand new locks. Bothell police do not follow through or up when filing police reports from items stolen. While you are trying to decompress from a hectic workweek, you will leave even more stressed, embarrassed and unfortunately violated by thieves touching your personal stuff. Very disappointing when you pay premium for a supersport facility and leave feeling unsafe.
Great gym with lots of natural light coming in into the main workout space, the group exercise room as well as the swimming pool area. Not very crowded in the morning and / or noon. Not sure about later afternoon / evenings. Recommended.
I am pretty dumb founded with his reaction. Only to arrive and he is talking with some friends just chatting up a storm. Real cool man.
Yes multiple locker break in's now! Understand why so many members work out on the floor with their bags dragged around.
