I went in on a Saturday morning to order a nice bouquet of flowers for my son and wife. The florists running this shop were very pleasant and promised to surprise my family with a nice arrangement, since I had nothing specific in mind. We set up same day delivery which worked great. The flower arrangement was beautiful and it still is fresh. I'll definitely buy more flowers from them.
Terrible customer service. I wanted to order a corsage and boutineer for the upcoming senior prom. I noticed all the good reviews online and felt Bothell Florist would provide a nice product. My daughter was unable to come with me due to scheduling issues so I brought a photo and description with my phone. The corsage was a basic wrist one with sweetheart roses and blue delphinium. The sales lady didn't want to listen to my request and processed to lecture me on the variations of colors in nature. She stressed that you get whatever they send when you place an order and she couldn't tell me if it would be light or dark blue. I understand flowers all vary but asked if she could request some darker hues because the dress was a deep navy blue. She was exasperated with me and kept explaining how delphiniums were not a dark flower.. So I asked if she had another flower that would be better and she had no suggestions. I was frustrated at her lack of understanding and left the store without placing an order. I will NEVER go back as they do not seem to listen to their customers at all!
I worked with Katy from beginning to end on my grandmothers flowers for her memorial service. She was so helpful, thoughtful, and kind during this difficult time. Her work is beautiful an her ideas are one of a kind. I strongly recommend using Bothell florists and asking for Katy. She can work with any budget and is very caring and passionate about her job and the work she produces.
