I have boarded my 2 little dogs here and will gladly do so again. It is clean and doesn't smell bad (like many kennels do). They took great care of my dogs and I have no concerns at all.
This is the absolute worst place you could take your cat(s). Although the website looks nice and some of the staff seems knowledgeable, this place is horrible. Do NOT let them attempt to give medicine to your pet, they are not qualified and will hurt your pet. Our cats were so unhappy and so scared there we had to remove them way before we intended. They do not follow specific instructions even if you write it down and speak to multiple staff members. We were highly dissatisfied and disappointed. If you need to board your pet, find a different option.
I boarded my two dogs here this past weekend. It started with the guy who couldn't find my reservation, and argued with me about having one. After 20 minutes a kid came from from the back spent less than 60 seconds looking and found it. Then when I picked my dogs up, the groomer made it a point to come out and complain that my Yorkie had poop stuck to her butt so bad she had to cut it out, which wasn't there when I dropped my dogs off. So the kennel workers never paid any attention to my dog to see that she isn't walking correctly, I gave them multiple bags of treats, which my dogs got none of. Left them with a 2qt bag of food full, and came back with only a 1/4 of the bag missing. My dogs lost weight while being boarded there. Pretty sure next time I'll find a pet sitter that actually take care of my dogs.
Seem pretty good place to me and they so busy, it's my first time boarded my little chihuahuas here because it's close to my house and staff was so nice just last minute that i could not find a babysitter for 2 night, and she never stayed with anyone else before ,except very closed friend so ,they excepted my dog with easy rules asked some information that basically history of dog medication updated, not like another places they needed all whole nine yards !!!! I like it so far will see when I return from my trip to pick my little girl.!!!! Thanks
On Friday i dropped off my dog at this place and i payed for play time too, i planned to leave him 3 nights, but pick him up a day early, so when i picked him up, (3:45 pm almost at the close time) i found out until I get home that they didnt give him any food that day, and they didnt take him out for a walk or play time because when we get out of this place my dog urinated a lot and he pooped 4 times straight. That means they put my dog in a cage and never took care of him .
So i absolutely would not recomend this boarding place .
If you love your dog, DO NOT leave he/she at this HORRIBLE boarding place.
