I then later tried the hand wash area where you put in your quarters etc... That area sucks also. The sprayers all leak, the labels are missing from the push buttons, but worst of all when you use the foaming brush.... no foam!! When you use the spray soap, barely any soap, and the tire pre-soak took 1 full minute to come out, then it sputtered. Avoid this PLACE and go to Brown Bear where they maintain the equipment
I just witnessed the manager ripping into his poor employee! I was there to vacuum out my car when I noticed a big, bully of a boss yelling at the worker 2 inches away from his face a pointing his finger at him. The employee was trying to turn his head, probably because the manager was spitting on him. This went on for over 5 minutes and I saw the whole thing. It is not okay to yell at employees, and not in front of other coworkers, and especially not in front of customers! Not only that, but my 3 year old daughter was in the car and saw, too! Management101, sit the offending employee in a private setting and give them a proper assessment of the negative situation and tell them how they can improve for next time. What could the worker possibly have done to deserve such a lashing? How could the manager hold the car wash to a higher priority than the way he treats another human being? This guy should not be in charge of anyone. I stayed to watch only out of concern for the employee because it seriously looked like it was going to turn into a fist fight, and I think that's what the manager was honestly looking for with the way he handled it. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Expensive carwash. They charge $15 for a carwash and the quality of the wash is very bad
The staff is helpful and efficient. I never wait long for an oil change and the car wash does a nice job on my car.
First time I used the drive thru car wash, it did a poor job, the hand washing provided by the workers was decent, but the car wash itself is ANCIENT! The dryer is terrible.
The people who work in the coffee stand smoke cigarettes right by the drive through window. The kids that work at the car wash would rather socialize with the garage crew than manage the wash line. The car wash is way over priced ($11 for a basic wash, Brown Bear is $12 for their best). The vacuums are $1 for 5 mins of weak suck power and they make you buy a token instead of using quarters. The positive part is always the people that work in the mini mart they are always nice and the one star is for them.
