I'd never been here before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter a very professional experience. I was able to talk to Keith within minutes about why I was there. He showed me all the options and helped me pick the right one. In about an hour, I got a call letting me know that the car was ready to pick up. Very smooth and painless.
Yesterday I got first class service from these guys. Nathan helped me out and was very professional, knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me stuff I don’t even need like the other leading tire companies do all too often! Just got the 4 studless snow tires mounted balanced and installed on my 2012 Sienna. They were slammed busy but everyone on staff that I encountered still managed to be courteous and display a good attitude. This is my first time using these guys and I’m sure will not be the last.
My experience at Discount tires was great. I was there 1 hour. The salesman didn't try to sell me the most expensive tires. He gave me options.
Last note - one guy was less experienced and a more experienced one came over to help and figure out the issue. The newer guy was all ears and didn't let his ego get in the way and was solely focused on fixing the issue, great to see this type of attitude from both of them!
Steering wheel was shaking at 55 MPH to 60 MPH from out of balance, needed new tires anyway, was at 2/3 or 3/32, so figured new tires and balance would do it. Didn't fix the issue. Took it back the next day, tires were slightly off balance but that wasn't the issue, turns out my wheels were a bit out of round, they spend a good hour measuring it and they were able adjust the lowest part of the wheel with highest part of the tire, now this microscopic differences but it was enough! Now the drive is SUPER SMOOTH and QUIET, probably best it's ever been. Professional, courteous and honest guys! Highly recommended!
Great place. I had a nail lodged in my tire and made a same day appointment. I was greeted with a smile and the work was done in 45 minutes, as promised. All at no charge! I will definitely be back as a paying customer.
