Excellent, quick service! Vehicle was in great shape upon pickup. Took only a few minutes to return. Got a great price on an upgraded vehicle.
Super small compact rental was clean except for the front windshield. Tough to see through the film when the sun hit it just right. Limited pick up area.
Good customer service no matter where you go nowadays, but they go above an beyond and are eager to help.
Rented a 5-passenger Lexus for a long trip. Car didn't comfortably seat 5. Was told it had a GPS. It did not. Other than that no problems a people were very nice. Need to improve their understanding of customers' needs though. Check it yourself. I should have.
It seemed that they had regulars there too, which is a good indicator of excellent service.
They didn’t have the economy car I had selected, but they offered me another model at no charge. Ideally I’d like to receive what I had selected, but I love staff that is ready to problem solve before I get there.
I have been renting from Enterprise for several years. Was very disappointed in the service this time around and would think twice about a rental from this branch in the future. I was renting because my car was involved in an accident that was the other person's fault. I was told by the adjustor that I could rent through Enterprise and the charges would be paid directly by them. First a squabble with clerk over holding money on my credit card for the rental charges until the end of the rental and then told when I brought the car back that I owed $75 (they said the company would only pay $9.99 per day and I was responsible for the rest of the bill). After all was said and done they charged my card $41.97 - charges for insurance coverage that I requested but situation not resolved to my satisfaction. Very poorly trained staff.
