The sales men were all very kind and helpful. They didn't talk my ear off to try and make the sale happen. They helped us despite my husband having no credit. I am so very happy I found them and even though they are an hour and a half from us we will be returning to them in the future for any of our car buying needs. Thanks guys so much!!

EDIT: Our car buying experience was wonderful, but our customer service experience after the fact was not. At the time of purchase, we were unsure about some of the optional coverage that was included in the sales price (extended warranty, GAP coverage, etc). They assured us that we could cancel these additional services at anytime for a prorated refund. After purchasing coverage through an outside agency, we tried to cancel the coverage bought through AutoRight. We have been pursuing this for over 3 months now and just keep getting the run around. It has been very frustrating. I would have to reconsider recommending this dealership because of it.
We bought a car from Autoright Motors yesterday and it was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. The salesperson, Greg, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure to buy, which I really appreciated. Although we had already been pre-approved by our credit union, they were able to find us an even better deal on financing. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
After weeks of trying to pick a good affordable car we decided we would go off idland; as we live on an island do we made a day trip to go. We drove almost two hours down to Bothell, to go see this Ram. Once we arrived to Autoright Motors we felt very welcomed by everyone that was their, even with a two year old we felt very happy to be there through a long process. We were offered homemade chicken soup which was Fantastic, crayons & paper, water, and snacks. They were all so attentive to make sure we felt like at home. While we waited we had the pleasure to have a nice chat with "Fish" about different things; witch made the experience less stressing and deffintley made the time go by more fast. We got a truck that we love with a payment and down payment thatb we could work with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that is in need of a nice used vehicle, the pictures and descriptions are so exact: never did we think twice about buying this truck. the thing we LOVED the most was that we did not ever feel pressured to buy a car or even try to be perused to buy a different car from the lot. We truly appreciate this experience, thank you ALL at Autoright for the great service, delicious food & snacks, and more then all a nice car for our family. See you guys in three years. ☺
Do not buy a car from this dealership. My girl friend bought a car 6 months ago and they told her it had been fully inspected and was going to be a good car for her. 2 weeks later the transmission went and we had to have it completely replaced thankfully they covered that. Now 5 months later her brand new transmission they paid for has gone and she needs a new one once again. Did they offer to pay for that? No instead they told her she could pay to have it fixed and then they would be happy to show her around the lot and help her purchase a new car. She just purchased a new car 6 months ago why would she want to buy another one so soon and spend more money??? All they want is to make more money off of her instead of help fix the problem of the poor car they sold her. If your looking to buy a lemon go right ahead and use this dealership, however if you want a car that actually works look else where.
